The rates above are valid from 1st June to 18th July 2010
All Room Rates are inclusive of VAT. Agent's Rates are inclusive of 10% commission.
Long term rates will not be applicable over this period. No Children under the age of 12yrs
RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT TERMS
When making an accommodation enquiry or booking please supply us with the following:
· Arrival & Departure dates
· Type of room and package (B&B or Self-Catering)
· Each guest name and surname
· Number of persons sharing each room
· Contact numbers, email address and postal address
· Expected time of arrival of each guest
Payment:
A 50% non refundable deposit will guarantee/confirm a reservation.
The full cost of accommodation, is to be received by us 30 days prior to arrival.
We accept all major credit cards or Internet payment. Please quote reservation reference number when making a deposit and fax or email proof of payment. If paying by credit card please fax or email full credit card details with signed authorization to debit.
Upon Receipt of deposit Clubview Guest House will send Reservation confirmation and payment receipts.

TRANSPORT & TRANSFERS:
Clubview Guest House does not provide or arrange transport or transfers for guests. Please see our links page for a list of transport providers. Please book your transport well in advance to avoid disappointment
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES:
Check in time is between 16:00 and 19:00 No check-in will be made after 22:00 without prior arrangement. This is necessary to ensure the security, comfort and well being of other guests.
Check out time is between 06:30 and 10:00 unless prior arrangements have been made. No check-out later than 13:00. This is to enable the room to be prepared in time for new arrivals.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
A cancellation fee of 50% is payable should a confirmed booking be cancelled. The full cost of the accommodation of up to 5 days is payable should a guest fail to arrive or cancel or end the reservation with less than 48 hours notice. The maximum refund value under any circumstances is 80% of the charge. Refunds will only be made after payment has been finally cleared by the bank or Credit Card Company. This process can take in excess of 30 days.
